Pre screen and show property for rent

Do background checks including Credit, UD, Criminal, verify employment, and past and present rental history and review applicant's background with owner

Prepare lease for signature

Make arrangement with applicant to come in and go over lease and have them sign.

Schedule visit to property

Prepare verification on tenants seeking new housing

Follow up with tenant after move in on any problems they may have

Reporting/Accounting

Deposit owner’s funds in their bank account if requested

Prepare CRP’s at end of year for tenant

Keep records as required by the Department of Commerce
